Milano is named for Milan and the fashion that defines it. This marble is busy and ornate, with tightly clustered pools of color and sweeping, swirling veins, the way a beautifully printed silk moves. It’s polished and a little daring, made for rooms that dress up.
Christina is named for one of my good friends, who adores the color purple. Cornflower and periwinkle blue sit against a deep plum and aubergine ground, with bright white veining. It’s moody, regal, and a little mysterious.
