Details
By the time I photographed this poppy, it was already beginning to turn away and collapse into itself. The blue that Woodson and Byrd sprayed onto the white petals caught in the creases and edges as they dried.
I have always loved flowers at this stage, when perfection has passed and something far more interesting takes its place. There is a fragility to it, but also a strange kind of strength.

Printed in the USA on 255 gsm, 100% cotton rag paper with an acid-free velvet finish and rich texture.
Each giclée unlimited reproduction print is made with archival pigment inks on color-calibrated printers for deep blacks and vivid color.
Sizes listed are the full paper size, made to fit standard frames, and include a 1" white border on all sides.
